Modules
IMOT is an 18-day program divided into three modules.
Module 1: Where We Are Heading
Explore the link between business and technology and dive into themes such as Business Strategy, Innovation Management, Intrapreneurship, Organizational Culture, and Technology Management. Learn how to formulate a business strategy and explore the link between business and technology by creating a model for incremental and radical innovation. On the human side of innovation, you study organizational culture — how culture affects your organization and how you can improve it. The recent geopolitical development challenges global supply chains. You will get an overview of how regionalization will affect your business and how you can adjust your product strategies.

Module 2: The Asian Excellence
Unlock the global power of R&D by immersing yourself in Asia. South Korea is a global leader in R&D and is known for its innovation and technological advancements. India has established a thriving R&D environment that is gaining recognition for its technological capabilities. In this module, you study technology development in advanced and emerging markets. Learn about Digital Business in South Korea, Design Thinking, AI, Large Language Models, Frugal Innovation, and R&D Leadership in Asia.

Module 3: The Source
Silicon Valley, the epicenter of creativity and innovation, is where the world's largest tech companies are shaping the future. It’s at the forefront of new technologies, offering you the ultimate location to learn how to accelerate your innovation strategy by studying the latest trends among high-tech companies. Explore Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Digital Business Models, Creative Leadership, Digital Platforms, and Artificial Intelligence, and stay ahead of the curve.
